Duncan Matthews MBE BSc MA CMgr FCMI combines 25 years in the Royal Navy with 7 years in the telecommunications business. Recent commercial experience is underpinned with comprehensive Command and Control skills gained in the military, multi-national NGO, maritime and aviation fields. He has a degree in Systems Science, is an alumnus of Manchester Business School, a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Duncan is a consultant in resilience and crisis management to industries with critical operational commitments including nuclear power generation and transportation (both on land and sea). An Accredited Mediator, through the London School of Mediation, he brings a wealth of sector knowledge to maritime, aviation and MoD disputes.
