How to Book a Free Mediation A typical email thread ...

Mediation is free for all with the Free Mediation Project - and accessible now by email FMP@218Strand.com or by calling 0207 353 3936

We receive many emails a week about the Free Mediation Project - the thread below is typical and makes clear how simple the process is intended to be..

____________________________

Good morning,

To access a mediation using the Free Mediation Project, a simple email confirming the names and contact details of the parties - and that they have all agreed to mediate - is all that is required.

No referral or lawyers are required, although parties are welcome to use or bring lawyers or advisers. There is no means testing or other requirement.

The administration is done by Tom. He can be called on 0207 353 3936.

The only cost is the venue for the mediation which can be anywhere the parties wish: the Society’s venue at 218 Strand may be available for free.

I hope this helps.

Yours aye

Jonathan

Hi,

I would like to know how members of the public can use your mediation service? Is your mediation service provided only via a referral or can members of the public access your service directly by sending details via email and arranging an appointment?

Can your service be accessed by referral through a Member of Parliament?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

XXXXX
