FREE MEDIATION PROJECT AT 218 STRAND A SUCCESS

First Free Mediation 10th November 2017

First Free Mediation a Success!

The Free Mediation Project is a new and exciting initiative led by the Society of Mediators which allows for trained mediators to promote mediation and gain invaluable experience. This is done by providing mediation services for free at the point of use to those that would otherwise not use mediation as an alternative dispute resolution tool.

The first Free Mediation led by Martin Collingwood, who specializes in construction, commercial and land disputes, was a great success. The participants involved were able to come to an amicable and mutually beneficial outcome by the end of the day.
This accomplishment marks the start of a very promising development for the Free Mediation Project, one that will almost certainly produce further positive outcomes for future participants wishing to give mediation a try.
For those interested in either bringing their dispute forward for mediation or who want to gain invaluable experience by volunteering to mediate, please e-mail us on FMP@218strand.com.
