Kings College Pro Bono Mediation Training

'Wonderful' training at King's College 1st November 2019

The Society has been delighted once again to provide its flagship course for King's College at the Dickson Poon School of Law in the Strand.  The diverse and (frankly) brilliant group of 20 students from the Pro Bono Project were trained by volunteers from the Society's Faculty over five days and went from no knowledge of the skills and practices to full fluency in co-mediation techniques.  For some it was an adjunct to their Law studies but there were also English, Physics, Construction, and Politics students taking full advantage of the world-class training.  A great week!

We are back in King's in February as part of the Charity's training and education programme, which will also see us in Sheffield Hallam University in June and we are working with three other universities for 2020.  Please do email chair@societyofmediators.com for details.
