Free Observations for Alumni

Charity offers free Observations 30th September 2020

Trainee mediators - do you have your observations for full accreditation?

To assist in the development of mediation, and as part of its charitable education programme, the Society is (uniquely amongst training organisations) offering its alumni an exclusive free observation opportunity usually within a month of successfully completing their training - and this is supported by a new mediation panel programme that is intended to offer actual mediations to alumni.  The Society can do this as its courses are not-for-profit and its Trustees give their time for free to promote and establish mediation and mediators.

We cannot assist those who have trained elsewhere (whatever promises appear to be being made by some anxious training groups) - we strongly recommend all students ask:

*  how much does the course cost in all?

*  will you provide observations?

*  do you have an active panel for new mediators?

*  how much profit are you making from me?

*  how many mediations do your trainers do a year?

*  can you prove it?

Understandably, with people short of work and money, hitherto unknown trainers and organisations are making big media splashes to try to woo individuals - do not be fooled: the Soceity deals each week with the broken promises and unsupported graduates of these places and as a Charity we wish we could do more to help.  We offer our courses at cost price, with any surplus going to the work of the Charity.  We provide worldwide support and a mentoring programme.  Accept no imitations!
